Terms of Use

1. General

These Terms govern the use of the DriveTeam mobile application, the website driveteam.com.ua and the driver web cabinet (the "Service"). The Service is owned and operated by LLC TWLVCO UKRAINE, registration code (EDRPOU) 44565438, 25 Livoberezhna St., Skvyra, Bila Tserkva district, Kyiv region, 09001, Ukraine (the "Company").

By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

The Service allows fleet drivers to book working shifts, locate a vehicle on a map, unlock and operate a vehicle from their phone, and review telemetry and settlements for their own shifts.

3. Eligibility

• Adults holding a valid driving licence of the appropriate category.
• Persons who have passed our checks and entered into a contract with the Company.
• Service personnel (car wash, maintenance) — within the scope of access granted to them.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account and device secure. Accounts are personal and must not be transferred to anyone else. Notify the Company immediately if your phone is lost or you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Vehicle access

• Access is granted only for the period of a booked shift and ends when the shift ends.
• Authorisation is verified by the Service on every command; the app does not store permissions locally.
• The Company may suspend or revoke access at any time, including for breach of these Terms, the contract, or traffic regulations.
• You must not let another person drive the vehicle, take it outside the permitted area, or use it for purposes not covered by the contract.
• You must photograph the condition of the vehicle when accepting and handing over a shift.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Interfering with the Service, circumventing access controls, or reverse-engineering the application.
• Spoofing your device location or supplying false information to the Service.
• Attempting to access a vehicle outside your shift.
• Using the Service for any unlawful activity.

Breach of this section is grounds for immediate termination of access.

7. Telemetry and monitoring

During an active shift the Service collects your device location and vehicle telemetry. This is necessary to calculate the shift and protect our property. The scope of data, retention periods and your rights are described in the Privacy Policy. The same data is available to you in the app.

8. Settlements

Revenue sharing, charging costs, deductions and payouts are governed by the contract between you and the Company. The Service displays settlements but does not replace the contract. In case of conflict, the contract prevails.

9. Availability

We aim for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee it. The Service depends on mobile connectivity, satellite navigation and Tesla services, any of which may be unavailable. The Company is not liable for inability to use the Service caused by such circumstances.

10. Liability

The Company is not liable for indirect losses, lost profit or data loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service, except where such liability cannot be limited under the laws of Ukraine. Liability for traffic offences, vehicle damage and other acts during a shift is determined by the contract and by law.

11. Intellectual property

The application, website, the DriveTeam trademark and their contents belong to the Company. Use without written permission is prohibited.

12. Independence from Tesla

DriveTeam is a service by LLC Twlvco Ukraine: we build a fleet management platform for electric vehicles and operate on it ourselves. DriveTeam is not affiliated with Tesla, Inc. Tesla is a registered trademark of Tesla, Inc.

13. Changes to these Terms

We notify users of material changes in the app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

14. Governing law and contact
